This bean is from Jardin, Antioquia, one of the oldest traditional areas of coffee production in Colombia. This region is long recognized for the quality of its production. Colombian coffees are known for balance and body. The notes of cedar and cinnamon sweetness are mixed with very light toasted chocolate. A great cup with a brighter quality than other Colombian’s and a really pleasant spice finish.
